About the experience: Chef Tucker’s bringing together the Truffle Shuffle family for an epic birthday celebration: a two pounder of St. Louis pork ribs, seasoned overnight with dry rub, slathered with BBQ sauce and grilled to perfection, served alongside elote-or grilled corn on the cob with lime, crema and Cotija. You may have experienced Chef Tuck’s famous “sip and stir” – wait till you try the gulp and grill!!!
