Join the chefs at Truffle Shuffle for a decadent Mac and Cheese cooking class! We'll be making bechamel mother sauce with fresh cheeses and adding a Truffle Carpaccio on top.
Each kit comes with enough for 2 generous portions of:
- Butter
- AP Flour
- Cream
- Milk
- Garlic
- Bay Leaf
- Macaroni, 275g
- Wagon Wheel
- Cheddar
- Mozzarrella

- Dried Thyme
- Truffle Carpaccio
- Truffle Salt Packet

This class is approximately 90 minutes, but due to the live nature of the events can take longer.
Truffle Shuffle live cooking experiences are an interactive experience. You will be able to interact with the chefs in this class and will be taught by Truffle Shuffle founders Tyler, Jason, and Sarah. The founders all met while working together at The French Laundry.
