90 minutes* | Sarah’s Coupes I Did It Again Cocktail 

Sip on Sarah’s signature Coupes I Did It Again cocktail and enjoy a special live musical performance while you learn to cook a Surf ‘n’ Turf extravaganza! First, we’ll show you how to flambé your Cognac or whiskey to make a classic Sauce Diane. Then, we’ll teach you how to pan-sear and baste the most delicious beef tenderloins, crusted in Kampot peppercorns and Balinese Truffle Salt, like a professional chef. Finally, we’ll show you how to broil the most succulent lobster tail from Maine, plate everything beautifully, and finish with our Truffle Carpaccio. This class has all the potential for an extravagant romantic gesture or luxurious self care! Either way, you’ll learn a ton of culinary skills and make a truly stunning meal. 

*This class is about 90 minutes, but may take longer due to its live nature.*
