About the experience: Chef Tyler is bringing back his French Laundry days with these luxurious soft scrambled eggs, cooked low and slow for small, tender curds suspended in a velvety sauce, seasoned with Balinese Truffle Salt and folded with layers of crème fraîche, all set atop a simple buttered brioche and garnished with chives and a healthy paddle of white sturgeon caviar. Doesn’t get better.
