These rolls are packed with tons of fresh vegetables, herbs, and–of course–a Truffle Shuffle twist: the finest fresh shrimp from our friends at San Francisco’s Aloha Seafood Company seasoned with our world-famous Balinese Truffle Salt! To top things off, you’ll dip your expertly-rolled spring rolls in a beautiful homemade peanut sauce. Fun to make and even more fun to eat, this experience will teach you tons of culinary tips, tricks, and techniques, along with a recipe to hold on to for life!

Dietary: Pescatarian, can easily be made gluten free (just hold off on the crispy shallots)
