About the Experience: Using a prized king salmon, French Laundry Alum and Truffle Shuffle Founder Chef Tyler will really be focusing on how to sauté a perfect piece of fish. He's hand selected his favorite local king salmon, best served with a summery Sauce Vierge with fresh cherry tomatoes, basil and a touch of lemon.
