About the experience
: Learn to braise beautiful certified Black Angus English cut short ribs with pommes fondant with French Laundry alum and Truffle Shuffle Founder, Chef Tyler! You'll learn how to marinate, pan-sear, and braise short ribs to tender fall-off-the-bone perfection, along with a stunning, classic pommes fondant.

*Please note: due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to send alcohol. This class requires the purchase of 1 bottle of red wine and is completed in 3 parts:

  1. 30 minutes of simple prep to marinate the ribs the night before class.
  2. The live class will begin at 12pm where we'll sear the ribs and start the "low and slow" braising process.
  3. We'll reconvene at 4pm to finish the braise and prepare Fondant Potatoes!
