About the Class

Cook along with Truffle Shuffle Founder Chef Tyler as he make classic French-style risotto from start to finish, just as he used to make at The French Laundry! Plus, he'll be adding pumpkin for a fun fall twist and layering with tons of black truffle carpaccio for maximum deliciousness. Sip on a refreshing signature cocktail as you learn top-level culinary techniques, knife skills, and a great back-pocket recipe in this live, interactive cooking experience.
