Learn the skills of a top poissonnier at a Michelin-starred kitchen! Chefs, French Laundry Alumni, and Truffle Shuffle Founders Chefs Tyler and Jason will teach you how to "break down" a fresh market fish, cutting it into perfect portions with expert technique just like it's done in a three Michelin-starred kitchen. From there, they'll give you their favorite recipes, tips, and tricks for cooking restaurant-quality fish like a professional chef. While we'll mostly be focusing on technique and building foundational skills in the kitchen, it is not the Truffle Shuffle way to leave any guest hungry or thirsty. This series includes deliciousness as always!!!
