These savory pancakes are the perfect vehicle for Caviar and honestly the best appetizer plate you could make! We'll show you exactly how we serve them at a three Michelin Star Restaurant! Plus we send you Sarah's unique White Peach Bellini Mixer.

About The Experience

We will send you the highest quality ingredients, the recipe, and cook along with you. You will become a master in your kitchen, learning how to make fresh potato Blini with the most delicious Caviar. It will be a fun night full of laughter and great food!

If you can't make it to our Sunday class, our on demand classes are perfect. We send you the kit and access to a video teaching you step by step how to make the dish. Your kit will be shipped by July 19th.

About Your Chefs

Truffle Shuffle live cooking experiences are interactive. This class is approximately 90 minutes, but due to the live nature of the events can take longer. You will be able to interact with the chefs in this class and will be taught by Truffle Shuffle founders Tyler, Jason, and Sarah. The founders all met while working together at The French Laundry. Note that for every kit we sell we donate enough food for a meal to a family in need.
