Join the chefs at Truffle Shuffle for a Paella class!

Each kit comes with enough for 2 generous portions of: 

• Chicken thigh, boneless, skinless 
• Shrimp
• Bomba rice
• Salmorra
• Asparagus
• Garlic
• Olive oil
• Chicken stock
• Lemon, 140ct
• Saffron
• Truffle Salt packet
• Sangria

This class is approximately 90 minutes, but due to the live nature of the events can take longer.

Truffle Shuffle live cooking experiences are an interactive experience. You will be able to interact with the chefs in this class and will be taught by Truffle Shuffle founders Tyler, Jason, and Sarah. The founders all met while working together at The French Laundry.

Note that for every kit we sell we donate enough food for a meal to a family in need.
