*Please note: due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to send alcohol. This class requires the purchase of 1 bottle of red wine and is completed in 3 parts:
- 30 minutes of simple prep to marinate the ribs the night before class.
- The live class will begin at 12pm where we'll sear the ribs and start the "low and slow" braising process.
- We'll reconvene at 4pm to finish the braise and prepare Fondant Potatoes!
Chef Tyler here! In this class, I'll teach you how to braise beautiful short ribs low-and-slow until they're deliciously tender and caramelized, along with one of my all-time favorite, very elegant side dishes: Fondant Potatoes. It's truly fine-dining cooking at home and the perfect back pocket recipe for your next dinner party!

I am not a trained chef and have a small kitchen. Can I still make this?
Yes, Chef!!! We will send you a list of basic kitchen equipment needed, along with a tried-and-true recipe, developed to be made in even the smallest (and mightiest!) of kitchens. From there, Chef Tyler will guide you through how to make this dish from start to finish in a live, cook-along class.
