About the Experience: Learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch! Truffle Shuffle Founder and French Laundry alum Chef Jason will teach you how to hand-roll delicate, pillowy ricotta gnocchi using our favorite ricotta from our friends at Bellwether Farms, along with an absolutely delicious black truffle, brown butter, and sage sauce.
