Held on Thursdays at 4pm PT, each month features a different menu:
- June 16th: American Wagyu Strip Steak and Truffle Succotash
- July 14th: American Wagyu Flat Iron Steak with Wild Mushrooms
- August 18th: Grilled American Wagyu Top Sirloin and Chimichurri
- September 15: American Wagyu Filet Mignon with Sauce Bordelaise
