Chef Tyler here! In this class, we are going to make one of the ultimate fresh pasta classics: Pasta Pomodoro. I'll teach you how to make pasta dough by hand with no special equipment necessary, using both semolina and 00 flour for a perfectly rustic, absolutely delicious tagliatelle! From there, I'll pass down the pomodoro sauce recipe given to me by Chef Pete, my mentor growing up as a young Chef in Maine, who taught me everything I needed to know before I went to work at the French Laundry. We'll bring this already decadent bowl of pasta to the next level with lots of Truffle Carpaccio! I can't wait to make it with you.

Yes, Chef!!! We will send you a list of basic kitchen equipment needed, along with a tried-and-true recipe, developed to be made in even the smallest (and mightiest!) of kitchens. From there, Chef Jason will guide you through how to make this dish from start to finish in a live, cook-along class.
