About the Experience: Chef, French Laundry Alum (including as their poissonnier!), and Truffle Shuffle Founder Chef Jason will teach you how to break down a fresh market fish, cutting it into perfect portions with expert technique just like it's done in a three Michelin-starred kitchen. From there, he'll give you his favorite recipes, tips, and tricks for cooking restaurant-quality fish like a professional chef. While he'll mostly be focusing on technique and building foundational skills in the kitchen, it is not the Truffle Shuffle way to leave any guest hungry or thirsty. This experience includes deliciousness as always!!!
