with a Crafted Cocktail Mixer

Join Truffle Shuffle and learn how to make pasta from scratch! You will learn a classic housemade pasta shapes as well as how to make the perfect truffle butter sauce. All while enjoying a Crafted Cocktail with a mixer.

 The kit will come with two generous portions of the following ingredients

  • 00 flour
  • Egg yolks
  • Eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Parmesan
  • Truffle carpaccio
  • Truffle salt
  • Cocktail mixer

This class is approximately 90 minutes.

Truffle Shuffle live cooking experiences are an interactive experience. You will be able to interact with the chefs in this class and will be taught by a private Truffle Shuffle chef.


Note that for every kit we sell we donate enough food for a meal to a family in need
