About the experience: In this very special collaboration, we're teaming up with Hart4Wine to raise money for K9s For Veterans in honor of Memorial Day!
Chef Tucker will be making a light, fresh spring risotto where asparagus takes center stage, complemented simply by salty Parmesan cheese, earthy black truffle, and just a touch of lemon.
We'll be joined by Mitch and Diane Hart, Independent Ambassadors with the Boisset Collection of Wineries, a family-owned producer of sustainably farmed wines in California and France with almost 6,000 combined years of wine-making heritage.
