What up, Gastronomy Gangsters! I'm really stoked for our Eat Around the World adventure to China this month! I am a HUGE fried rice lover, and we're going to whip up an amazing fried rice and make a beautiful pork belly to accompany it.
There are some big tips and tricks we need to chat about in order to make this correctly, even professional chefs struggle to execute this dish! Don't worry, we'll knock it out of the park. Just bring your apron and a tasty beverage!
