About the experience: A fresh take on a culinary classic! Chef Connie’s twist on a traditional French Chicken Cordon Bleu features our favorite triple-cream Mt. Tam brie from Cowgirl Creamery and a saucy variation: while the original dish calls for a cream sauce, Chef Connie opts for an Argentine chimichurri. Bright, fresh and zesty with a subtle kick, it’s the perfect accompaniment to the decadent richness of the breaded chicken, ham and cheese roulade. Absolutely delicious!
