Chef Tyler here! I've been cooking with Aver Family Vineyards for over 2 years now, and this just might be my favorite pairing yet: the melty, creamy, and ever so slightly earthy triple cream Mt. Tam brie cheese and salty prosciutto go perfectly with Aver's savory, bold Syrah. Plus, the zippy Argentine chimichurri is bright, fresh and zesty with a subtle kick-the perfect accompaniment to the decadent richness of the breaded chicken, ham and cheese roulade. I am not a trained chef and have a small kitchen. Can I still make this?
Yes, Chef!!! We will send you a list of basic kitchen equipment needed, along with a tried-and-true recipe, developed to be made in even the smallest (and mightiest!) of kitchens. From there, Chef Tyler will guide you through how to make this dish from start to finish in a live, cook-along class.
