About the Class

Cook along with Truffle Shuffle Founder Chef Jason as he makes fresh tagliatelle pasta from scratch, along with a creamy carbonara sauce with fresh kale, black truffle, and just a touch of lemon. He'll walk you through each step to make a classic Italian tagliatelle dough from scratch, knead it to silky smooth perfection, and roll it out and cut it like a professional Chef--or, better yet, Italian grandmother. Sip on a refreshing signature cocktail as you learn top-level culinary techniques, knife skills, and a great back-pocket recipe in this live, interactive cooking experience.
