Mille Feuille or “1000 layer” pastry is a classic french dessert that is to die for. It is layers of butter flakey puff pastry topped with cream and jam. My recipe for this is inspired by baklava with a honey, walnut filling that is just to die for. I originally created the dish while I was in pastry school for an end of the year exam and I can’t wait to share it with you!!
Class duration: 120-minute experience, plus making the puff pastry one day before the class (2-hour homework)
