Hello Chef!

Chef Tucker here! I am SO excited for our next edible adventure which lands in Puerto Rico! We're gonna have a blast in the kitchen as we cook up a storm! Our star of the show is Mofongo which is a plantain based dish and one of the most popular across the region. Weโ€™ll also be whipping up some delicious soffrito and making some perfectly cooked shrimp and a beautiful sauce called salsa criolla! I can't wait!
