Hello Chef!

Chef Tucker here! I am SO excited for our next edible adventure which lands in Puerto Rico! We're gonna have a blast in the kitchen as we cook up a storm! Our star of the show is Mofongo which is a plantain based dish and one of the most popular across the region. We’ll also be whipping up some delicious soffrito and making some perfectly cooked shrimp and a beautiful sauce called salsa criolla! I can't wait!

For my beer drinkers, the beer of Puerto Rico is Medalla. If you can source some, you should definitely try it! It’s light and refreshing, as we feel that tropical breeze flowing through our hair!
