Chef Tyler is a certified Mainer who has made thousands of lobster rolls and wanted to share this memorable experience with everyone!.

WHAT'S IN THE KIT
Our Maine-style lobster rolls will feature delicious, succulent lobster from fisherman off the coast of Maine, two New England-style brioche, buns from La Boulangerie in San Francisco, and to tie it all together, everything you need to make aioli from scratch. As an extra treat, we’ll be serving these rolls with our signature Truffle & White Cheddar Kettle Corn, and last but not least, Sarah is putting her spin on the Cape Cod Cocktail!

This week we have a few options for you to chose from. We have our Essential Kit, which includes everything you need to make our Lobster Rolls, and we are introducing our Deluxe Kit. This week the Deluxe Kit includes classic white sturgeon caviar from The Caviar Company.
The Essential kit includes:
- 1/2 lb of Maine lobster meat
- Split top brioche rolls from La Boulangerie
- Ingredients for Aioli:
Oil, egg, shallot, Dijon mustard, Champagne vinegar, and truffle salt
