French-Laundry alumni Chefs Jason & Tyler will join virtually in the comfort of your own home! Our team will show to make amazing Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches in the comfort of your own kitchen.
Kit includes everything you need for 2 servings, shipped right to your home:
• 1 ea Lemon

• 2 1/2 c AP flour

• 1/4 tsp Baking soda

• 2 bars Tcho chocolate

• 1 packet Balinese Truffle Salt

• 1 cup Ice cream salt

• 1 jar Brown Butter Truffle Honey

• 1/4 lb Butter (for browning)
• 1/4 lb Butter

• 3/4 lb Brown sugar (for cookies)

• 2 Tbsp White sugar (for cookies)

• 1 ea Sour cream

• 1/2 cup Brown sugar (for ice cream)

• 2 ea Egg, large

• 2 ea Egg yolks

• 1 pint Half and half
