We have teamed up with Far Niente winery to create an exclusive perfect pairing experience featuring their beautiful wines and renowned winemaker Nicole Marchesi!
In this experience, learn how to make Black Truffle Raviolo with a pan seared New York Strip Steak. This dish consists of a delicious raviolo with a rich, creamy egg yolk nestled in the center of the filling served alongside a pan seared and basted to perfection New York Strip Steak.
We will be highlighting two of Far Niente’s latest releases:
• 2020 Far Niente Estate Bottled Chardonnay, Napa Valley
• 2019 Far Niente Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, Oakville
