Many know of the world-renowned Chef Jackson, the chef and owner of Michelin-starred restaurant Omakase. We're so excited to introduce you to the woman behind Chef Jackson: his mother Mrs. Huan.
Born and raised in China, Chef Huan moved to the United States in the late 1980s after the cultural revolution. Since immigrating, she's worked as a dumpling chef at San Francisco's Peking restaurant. Aside from her professional expertise and over 40 years of experience, she also happens to make Chef Jackson's favorite dumplings in the entire world. We feel very lucky to have this incredible Chef sharing her secrets with the Truffle Shuffle family!
