Born in Mayagüez, Chef David Guilloty is perhaps best known for marrying his Puerto Rican roots with his passion for showcasing seasonal cuisine. He received his education at the College of Culinary Arts program from Johnson & Wales University (where he befriended our very own Chef Tyler!!). Since graduating, he’s continued to excel in the culinary world, becoming a sous chef at Chef Christopher Kostow’s famed three Michelin-starred The Restaurant at Meadowood and later transitioning to the Chef de Cuisine at The Charter Oak. You can also find Chef David hosting coveted pop up dinners throughout the Bay Area, and even listen to him on his podcast, Sucio_Talk!
