While working in the best Michelin Star restaurant kitchens, including The French Laundry, Chefs Jason McKinney and Tyler Vorce loved incorporating truffles into their dishes. Together, they were in awe of how one dish, made with fresh truffles and a few simple ingredients, could create special, ever-lasting memories for diners.

The Chefs conceived and launched Truffle Shuffle as an honest truffle company to provide the finest truffle products and consciously sourced and traced fresh truffles. It is Truffle Shuffle's mission to personally source the best-in-class truffles and create the finest truffle products in the world. We also serve and support our community by volunteering and donating a portion of our profits to 1% For The Planet, with hope of solving the world's problems, one truffle at a time. Fulfillment Associates
Plus

We have an immediate opening for a Fulfillment Associate to join our team!

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks spanning product prep, packing, and delivery, and will be expected to exhibit a willingness to dive into additional fulfillment and product distribution projects as they arise. We are growing rapidly, and need people on our fulfillment team that are willing to learn quickly and that get excited about working in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of restaurant experience, and we are willing to train candidates that exhibit high levels of initiative, passion, and work ethic.   

The success of our business hinges on our ability to deliver high-quality cooking experiences and products, and we take great pride in maintaining a high level of precision and excellence, even when preparing and fulfilling thousands of orders at one time. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs of the fulfillment team; these tasks may include (but are not limited to): 

- Set up prep stations and ensure the cleanliness of surfaces and tools/equipment

- Prep ingredients for kits (this may include washing, measuring, chopping, etc.)

- Ensure that all kit items are accounted for

- Work with the fulfillment team to pack kits 

- Assist with loading the delivery trucks for product shipments

- Assist other teams and departments as needed to ensure timely, excellent delivery of products and experiences

Applicant Requirements and Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1+ year of experience in a restaurant is preferred

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Able to stand for extended periods

- Able to lift up to 40 pounds

- Flexible schedule

- Positive attitude and a desire to be a part of a hardworking team

Private Event Marketing Specialist

Truffle Shuffle is looking to hire a private event marketing specialist who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our private event department. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

Prior work experience in administration, sales, or marketing is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

 Responsibilities

Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.

Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.

Working closely with the sales and marketing department.

Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.

Giving presentations and strategy proposals

Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.

Organizing market research.

Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

A high level of attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Sales Representative

Sales representatives for Truffle Shuffle are responsible for identifying leads, educating prospects on our services through video calls, phone calls and sales presentations.

Duties include:

Booking new sales for the company

Invoicing, contracting, and financial accounting for clients

Introduction to the event design team for proper onboarding

Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly

Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

Meet and/or exceed sales quotas

Coordinate ways to optimize the sales effort and retention of client accounts

Marketing Intern
Plus

This role will be ever changing and will require flexibility, while providing an opportunity for first-hand experience working with exciting new initiatives, in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities to include:

Generate content, create posts and attend to our social media channels

Work on specialized short-term projects in close coordination with our owners 

Produce content for our company blog, weekly videos

Work closely with the team to identify new niche markets and develop strategic campaigns, including brand development for a sub-companies 

Great for those with a passion for social media, facebook, pinterest, research, blogging, writing, story telling

Event Designer

This position consists of sales and high touch event planning. Completely client-facing, while providing an incredible opportunity for you to flex your sales, customer service and high-end concierge muscles. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks spanning the entire client management lifecycle. 

The moment an event is qualified with an event deposit you will be responsible for making a swift introduction & leading them through the entire event creation process, culminating with their day-of class experience. 

This position requires high-level communication and problem-solving skills as well as a willingness to be available to clients when they need you.. We are growing rapidly, and need people in a sales & design role that are willing to learn quickly and that get excited about working in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

Nurturing leads, creating new client opportunities and seeking out leads from creative sources

Upselling and customizing client events

Work within Hubspot every day, responding to current client inquiries and setting up calls with new clients that have been handed over by the sales team

Function as a liaison between the client and the kitchen, especially regarding product needed to accommodate guest list fluctuations and custom menu specifications

Work with the client to balance their desires for a VIP, unique experience with the existing Truffle Shuffle event experience model

Creating event bookings and managing fluctuating details of those events up until the event is completed

Communicate with clients regarding guest changes, menu specifications, and more

Ensure that any billing issues, questions, or lingering balances are dealt with in a timely manner

Be available on the day of events to ensure that any issues can be immediately and efficiently resolved

Foster relationships for re-bookings and referrals from clients
