Together, they were in awe of how one dish, made with fresh truffles and a few simple ingredients, could create special, ever-lasting memories for diners.

The Chefs conceived and launched Truffle Shuffle as an honest truffle company to provide the finest truffle products and consciously sourced and traced fresh truffles. It is Truffle Shuffle's mission to personally source the best-in-class truffles and create the finest truffle products in the world. About Truffle Shuffle: We are a young relentless start up dedicated to connecting the world together through food. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual. We are hiring our first head of marketing! All of marketing for the business has been handled by myself, Jason McKinneyThe CEO and Founder. We are preparing to launch a series of new chefs onto our platform and I am now busy raising the capital needed for you to spend on marketing. So I would like to hire our first Head of Marketing for Truffle Shuffle. This person will be tasked with an audit of our current practices and keeping the best ones and leaving the rest. Then we will work closely to build out a robust marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. I love to hear new and exciting ideas on how we can market Truffle Shuffle and our classes. Examples of what we have done in the past; Brought Snoop Dogg onto a fresh pasta class to judge a rolling competition. Took the company on a US tour in a rockstar tour bus to do events with our top VIPs across the country. We like to make fun of ourselves and do whatever it takes to ensure that the guest has the greatest cooking experience possible. We also donate a meal for every single ingredient kit sold

 

This person who takes this role should not be scared of any sector of marketing from PR, Paid Media to gifting puppies. This role will also be responsible for a few key hires on the marketing team. There should be a strong understanding of how to lead and guide a dynamic team. This position is also not for the faint of heart; we launch a new class or partnership every single week. Sales representatives for Truffle Shuffle are responsible for identifying leads, educating prospects on our services through video calls, phone calls and sales presentations.

Duties include:

Booking new event sales for the company

Invoicing, contracting, and financial accounting for clients

Working with event design steps for proper onboarding

Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly

Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks spanning product prep, packing, and delivery, and will be expected to exhibit a willingness to dive into additional fulfillment and product distribution projects as they arise. Launching our Paylocity Payroll migration 

Implementing and improving our A/R processes including but not limited to: billing, invoicing, collections and reconciliations. Refunds and Client Credit Balance Management.

Execute day-to-day collections activities by identifying, resolving and mitigating account/payment delinquencies in a timely manner

You'll be working closely with clients and our sales teams to focus on building effective relationships to refine and streamline the A/R process (patience and personable are key here)

Optimize timely customer collections process

Establish collection and escalation procedures and processes
