Hello Chef!

Chefs Jason & Tyler here! We're super stoked for this culinary adventure to the Mediterranean by creating a classic French dish, Bouillabaisse with Saffron Aioli. P.S. For the perfect pairing, we recommend serving this dish with a White Sancerre or other French Sauvignon Blanc. The crisp acidity and herbaceous notes in these wines complement the flavors in the Bouillabaisse perfectly. 🥂
