DELICIOUS Hollandaise sauce!

I followed the instructions and it came out great - Tyler was great with looking in on everyone's progress. I had to thin down with a little water and added more lemon for acidity and salt for seasoning. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because the broccolini that came with the kit was brown and bloomed. Luckily I had some good broccolini at home and used that instead.

Great First Step to becoming a Saucier!

Most excellent start to the Mother Sauce Curriculum. Chef Tyler continues to be an amazing Host-Chef-Teacher. This class was way more than just how to make Hollandaise, it was about becoming a Saucier. This class was filled with the story behind sauces and how you can love cooking food even more. BTW the food was delectable.
