The Chef Jeremy Show

This month on Baking with Jeremy, we're diving into one of my all-time favorite culinary symphonies: the heartwarming duet of sourdough focaccia and butternut squash soup. 🎶✨ Brace yourselves, because this dish doesn't just whisper "FALL," it shouts it in bold caps-lock letters!

Imagine savoring a spoonful of butternut squash soup—rich, comforting, and steeped in the cozy aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg. Oh, but there's more! A dollop of crème fraîche swirls in, creating a luxurious harmony that warms your soul. 🥣🧡

Now, meet the fluffy star of the show—our rosemary-scented focaccia. Its airy, cloud-like texture meets the dance of caramelized onions. It's not just bread; it's a work of art that dips perfectly into the velvety soup, an interplay of flavors that'll make your taste buds sing. 🍞🌿

In this delightful culinary adventure, you'll master:
🍞 Sourdough starter sorcery
🍞 The art of sticky (yet oh-so-satisfying) focaccia dough
🍲 Creating a velvety butternut squash soup that's pure comfort in a bowl
