Chef Tyler

I've been working in kitchens since I was 14, first as a dishwasher in Maine, then working my way up as a chef at some of the world's most highly acclaimed kitchens. I worked at Dovetail in NYC and the three Michelin-starred The French Laundry, at Troisgros and Le Hotel Bristol in France, and eventually co-founded Truffle Shuffle with Jason and Sarah.

Inside your meal kit, you'll find the same best-of-the-best ingredients I used in Michelin-starred restaurants! I love getting to work with the same purveyors and share the same ingredients we used in fine dining kitchens. Each and every ingredient we use has a story, and I love sharing those stories with our guests. I enjoy having the opportunity to share the top level techniques and skills taught to me by my mentors, all while keeping things fun, exciting, and energetic! The opportunity to share cooking knowledge with people all over the world and the idea that we are all connecting through food truly inspires me every day.
