I wanted to pair our winning scallops with a Lebanese tabbouleh salad. Scallops make me think Mediterranean flavors, so our next edible adventure lands in Lebanon, another beautiful coastal country touching the Mediterranean. The look this month is simple elegance. Elevating the ingredients but also letting them shine for what they are - a food philosophy I learned at Acquerello.
