Chef Tyler here! I am so excited to make this absolutely delicious, rustic-style ravioli with a brown butter and sage sauce, a toasty walnut tapenade, and lots of Truffle Carpaccio. I'll teach you all the tips, tricks, and techniques to make pasta from scratch, learned from my years as a chef at The French Laundry, all while sipping on some of California's finest wine. It's going to be a perfect dinner party! I can't wait to cook with you.

Yes, Chef!!! We will send you a list of basic kitchen equipment needed, along with a tried-and-true recipe, developed to be made in even the smallest (and mightiest!) of kitchens. From there, Chef Tyler will guide you through how to make this dish from start to finish in a live, cook-along class.
