Delicious steak! But my frites were over cooked. I have a convection oven, and time in there was too long, but I will try again for sure!
Food was awesome. Easy to follow recipe and for a non-cook I was very pleased with how it came out. The process made it easy to see how you could be a more capable cook on your own in the future. Overall it’s a very good experience and easy to see being worth it for corporate / team events.
