I fell in love with handmade pasta first while learning to cook with my Nonna and later learning all the top-level techniques under Chef Suzette Gresham at the two Michelin-starred Northern Italian restaurant Acquerello. This soft, pillowy gnocchi with a creamy, classic French Beurre Monté sauce is that absolutely delicious, light summer gnocchi I crave when the weather gets hot. So stoked to cook with you!!
