Chef Jeremy here! Red velvet is one of my favorite cupcakes for Valentines season. As we enter into February, this is the perfect little cupcake to celebrate any occasion. We are filling it with a rich and decadent chocolate raspberry ganache!

I have done a few classes with you and the food you sent in was First Class! Directions are easy to follow. I also ordered the salts from you. And the Best was the Birthday Gift I received today!

Truffle shuffle is great fun! The chefs are personable, knowledgeable and entertaining. We've done it twice and would do it again!
