Eat Around the World: The Chef Tucker Show
We’re doing some cultural fusion this week on our edible adventure… a Japanese inspired Hawaiian Poke bowl! We’ll be using Japanese cooking techniques, but poke is distinctively Hawaiian. Fusion is love! Our focus is learning how to build delicious yet healthy recipes (PS: one of her degrees is in nursing health sciences! #nerdalert)
