This March, we’re headed to the Philippines! With so many of our Truffle Shuffle Team being from the Philippines, I wanted to highlight one of the signature dishes of the region… Adobo! I’ve got all the hot tips and tricks to make this the most flavor packed adobo you’ve ever made! Our focuses here are proper meat cookery, Filipino inspired flavors, and building community. 🇵🇭

What's included in your box?
1 pound pork belly
1 cup rice
3 cups chicken stock
8 each bay leaves
8 tablespoons white vinegar
1 yellow onion
3 each eggs
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 each lime
½ bunch scallions
Marinade:
4 ounces soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
10 garlic cloves
