About a year ago, we traveled to visit one of our favorite Truffle Shuffle families out in Texas. They are a family of 6 with four little sous chefs all under 12 and every time you can see them cooking along for the entire class! While we were there, we got all of the little Chefs involved in pasta making and the cooking for the night and were amazed at the skills that they had in the kitchen 🙂
