Grilled Corn with Honey Butter and Balinese Truffle Salt
This is a quick and easy recipe to make in the middle of summer, when the corn is at its finest. The combination of truffles and corn is a classic and certainly one of our favorites. When you’ve got the grill out and are having friends and family over, it’s time to roll this recipe!
Grilled Corn with Honey Butter and Balinese Truffle Salt
First, preheat the grill over medium-high heat. You want to grill the corn quickly so that it keeps its fresh flavor and have the grates hot enough where you can get good grill marks for some nice smokiness.
While the grill is heating, rub the ears of corn down with olive oil and season with the Balinese Truffle Salt.
In a bowl, combine the butter, honey, and lemon zest; whisk to combine. Season to taste with Balinese Truffle Salt.
Grill the corn for approximately 4-5 minutes, turning from time to time.
When the corn comes off the grill and is still warm, rub it down with the honey butter and devour immediately!
