Best Grilled Truffle Corn with Honey Butter

This is a quick and easy recipe to make in the middle of summer, when the corn is at its finest. The combination of truffles and corn is a classic and certainly one of our favorites. When you’ve got the grill out and are having friends and family over, it’s time to roll out this recipe!

Grilled Truffle Corn with Honey Butter

Ingredients 🍲

6 ears of fresh corn, shucked
3T olive oil
½ lb butter, softened
3T wildflower honey
1 Meyer lemon, zested
Balinese Truffle Salt

Directions 📝

Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. You want to grill the corn quickly so that it keeps its fresh flavor and have the grates hot enough to get good grill marks for some nice smokiness.
While the grill is heating, rub the ears of corn down with olive oil and season with the Balinese Truffle Salt.
In a bowl, combine the butter, honey, and lemon zest; whisk to combine. Season to taste with Balinese Truffle Salt.
Grill the corn for approximately 4-5 minutes, turning from time to time.
When the corn comes off the grill and is still warm, rub it down with the honey butter
and devour immediately!
