To recreate this recipe at home, bring 2 cups of chicken or beef stock to a boil over high heat. Turn the heat to low and allow to gently reduce until only 1/4 cup of stock remains that coats the back of a spoon. You can then play around with flavor if you'd like by adding wine, herbs, peppercorns, etc, or just keep it simple!
